The Knittles owned a one story Victorian home in a neighborhood of two-story Victorian homes. In partnership with McGrath Interior Design, we designed a new second floor to blend seamlessly with the first and create an "Invisible Addition." When the property appraiser inspected the completed project, he asked the homeowner which part of the second floor was added. His disbelief in learning the entire second floor was new confirmed that we had indeed achieved an invisible addition. |
