Mixed-Use Projects |
A building with at least two unique functions is considered Mixed-Use. Ground level commercial use with housing above is typical, but Mixed-Use can also include a veterinary clinic with an apartment, or an art school with retail spaces, live/work studio and market-rate housing. The combination of functions is limited only by one's imagination. |
“John was the perfect architect to help me design an art school. As a sculptor, I have some pretty clear ideas about how I think things should look… John took my ideas, grew the good ones into better ones...In the end, we have a building that we both like and that we both take pride in having created.” -Martin Eichinger, Sculptor and Building Owner |
