By listening to your project goals and becoming familiar with the site or building at this meeting, we usually are able to define the design services and provide a fee quotation. Our fees are set in advance and are clearly presented to avoid any surprises. We bring value to the process and pride ourselves in our flexibility to customize our services to meet both your design needs and budget. Within our services and fee, we will provide the necessary consulting engineers. We have long established relationships with structural, civil and mechanical engineers, landscape architects, and other specialists. We will include them in our team based on your project's requirements. The industry standard for architect's fees ranges from about 5% to 10% of the overall estimated construction cost. Larger projects with repetitive elements can be less, and smaller projects with elaborate requirements can be more. Use this as a ballpark guide. Our quotation to you will be customized to the needs of your project. |
