Sam's Billiards in the Hollywood district wanted to utilize as much of their second floor as feasible. We designed the remodel to avoid triggering seismic upgrades and the need for an elevator. To attract customers upstairs we designed a new showplace cantilevered stair. The pool cues used in the stair can reach from the ground to the top of the Hollywood Theatre. |
