The adaptive re-use of this Hollywood icon included seismic upgrades, and tenant improvements for a new daycare, bakery, and a recording sound studio for students. The project also included exterior modofcations for the Old Hollywood Library, and demonstrates the property owner's commitment to enhance a local icon for the Hollywood area. The design respects the original architecture and adds appropriate new elements. |
