The design responded with a solution that both fit the scale of the neighboring homes and stood out as forward looking office space. Offices along the building’s southern face are shielded from harsh summer sun by a sun screen which helps give the design its distinctive presence. This project also received Energy Trust and Energy tax credits for its mechanical and lighting systems. |
