john perkins aia
John Perkins’ experiences over 27 years have included a wide range of projects in both type and scale. His projects include mixed-use buildings, high-tech, public multi-family housing, industrial, health care, jails, offices, single-family dwellings, and commercial tenant improvements. He has been the project architect for a green field high-tech campus of over 2.5 million square feet of new construction that included a cleanroom over 7 football fields in area, two new office buildings, cafeteria, and warehouse. Master planning for the 1.5 square mile site involved the local jurisdiction and community. At the time, it was the largest privately funded construction project in the nation.
