Mixed-Use A Mixed-Use building houses at least two unique functions such as ground level commercial use with housing above, but can also include a veterinary clinic with an apartment, or an art school with retail spaces and market-rate housing. Commercial Commercial projects include offices, shops and similar uses devoted to people's work environment. Residential Residential projects include single family houses, apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and Accessory Dwelling Units. |
